DNA of SYD is a collage series that began during my time in the Snap Design Academy, originating from an assignment that challenged students to represent themselves through image alone. The prompt required an exploration of both physical and digital collage techniques to construct a self-portrait without the use of typography, relying solely on visual language to communicate identity.

What began as a single exercise evolved into an ongoing body of work rooted in a larger question: We are who we are because of our genetic makeup, but what about the makeup of our experiences?
